Spalding made the replacement accurate

Spalding made the replacement accurate and convenient such that I was able to complete the repair in an hour. After frustratingly searching the internet and buying and returning a set in which the holes for the frame were too small!!

Replacement Backboard

Very happy with purchase. Spaulding customer service was so helpful with providing the replacement info since original backboard was shattered, they even provided the link and a discount code. Was super easy to install.

54 inch replacement backboard

The service was great when ordering the backboard. I didn’t have the existing model number but was able to send picture of the existing backboard to confirm matching the new backboard. Shipment was timely and packaged well. The new backboard was a direct fit and looks great.

Need to care more

I received my replacement backboard and installation kit and the backboard was delivered damaged (had large scratches) the hardware that came with the goal was horrible it seemed used as the middle part was bent awkwardly

Poor quality control.

Quality is okay. Would have been 3. 5 stars…but backboard came with frame slightly bent and dented due to shipping and plexiglass scratched underneath the protective plastic film. There were also no holes on the bottom of the frame to install the spalding backboard padding

Horrible customer service

I called immediately after realizing I purchased the wrong backboard only to have a sales person tell me there was nothing they could do and I had to refuse the package in order to send it back. Frustrated customer

I ordered SPA00397293 on your website and it wasn't the correct item when I received. I called customer service, went over the mounting bracket and determined it was a canceled item and wasn't sure how I ordered it.

d issue a return authorization for it.

I paid for the second backboard, received and installed it. When I got the RA it instructed me to go to the shipper of choice for a label and rate.

The freight charge is $420 which is more the the item and I am not sure why we should have to cover the entire cost of the return.

I'm replacing a Spaulding backboard and rim for the 3rd time and am more happy with the product just frustrated with the initial order and return process and cost.

I have 3 boards 2 rims valued at about $1300 and need to spend another $420 to return an item that is discontinued.

Please have someone reach out to me to discuss other options.
